Welcome to TITANIC PARISIEN - The Café Parisien was a Parisian-style cafe on the board RMS Titanic. Located on B-Deck starboard just off the Aft Grand Staircase, it was promoted as a replica of a Parisian sidewalk cafe. The Café Parisien was an exclusive, upscale space for first-class passengers, located on the promenade deck and connected to the à la carte restaurant. This is a fancy evening with candle lit interior and First Class vibes. BYOB suggestion: Champagne WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: MARTINI AUX CREVETTES - Choice of crispy shrimp or chicken. Served in a First Class luxury sauce very popular in the upscale community. Sauce is made of light spice, Egg creme, garlic, herbs and white wine reduction. Served with a side fried butter Grossaints. Main Dish: PECANES ET AU COGNAC - A perfectly marinaded crispy chicken breast in a garlic pepper oil. Served with Luxury Peacan Cognac sauce. Served with cheddar, butter, garlic, champagne mash potatoes. With a side of Parisian salad (cucumber, celery, lettuce in a deluxe dressing). Dessert: GUIMAUVE DE LUXE - Light sweet dark chocolate creme, Caramel creme, Roasted apples, Torched Marshmallows.
