Welcome to the Titanic!! This menu experience is from A' La Carte Restaurant from the Titanic Ship. The restaurant was run independently, meaning passengers had to book and pay separately to dine there, and it wasn't included in the price of a first-class ticket. This was an exclusive restaurant for those First-Class' passengers that needed more exclusivity for a higher price tag. Pairs well with BYOB Suggestion: Pairs well with RED WINE / FRENCH CHAMPAGNE WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: SOUPE ROYALE - A choice of Mussels, Shrimp, Lobster Bisque (or MIX Seafood) or All Chicken - A delicious soup with perfectly marinaded meat in a deluxe garlic wine reduction stock with carrots, celery, onion and herbs - served with a side of buttery garlic - mozzarella bread. This is Truly an outstanding delight. Main Dish: DéLICE à l'aNANAS - Choice of Shrimp, Chicken breast or MIX in a delicious blend of marinaded fried vegetables cooked in a French Polynesian aigre-doux sauce (hint of sour, sweet and light spice). Served with a side of Rice Deluxe - Garlic, pepper, egg and onion fried rice on white wine. This dish is served in a Fresh Pineapple. It's delicious, spectacular and memorable. Dessert: CRème DE FRAISE DE LUXE - Caramelized strawberry creme, condensed luxe milk creme, with torched caramelized walnuts & peanut mix (**Nuts can be eliminated if allergy is present, or non preferred)
