Welcome to TITANIC FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE! Who doesn't know about the mighty TITANIC. This class is dedicated to flavors of the past. Recreate dishes from one of the Titanic's luxurious restaurants and enjoy the evening of fancy flavors. BYOB: French Champagne, French branded red wines. WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: *Soupe à la bière* - Luxurious creamy beer soup. Caramelized onions & mashed carrots with garlic butter & herbs, cooked over luxury chicken/beer stock with a side of mozzarella cheese herb garlic bread. This is truly one of a kind dish. Main Dish: *Poulet Collant à la Française* - Perfectly marinaded chicken breast rounds coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried on garlic wine oil. Sticky honey cognac sauce with fresh herbs on top. Served with Potatoes de chateau (Perfectly fried on butter served over Mediterranean creme and a side of red cabbage salad. This defines a luxury flavor. Dessert: *Crème Cappuccino Carmel* - Sweet cappuccino creme, fresh Caramel alla apple layer, with cane sugar glaze, and white and milk chocolate bits.
