Walk into a cozy interior with candlelight and classic music. This is a whole experience where you will learn the timeless dishes and facts about Titanic itself. (BYOB allowed - suggestions CHAMPAGNE, WHISKEY ) WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: APPETIZER: **Let The Voyage Begin** - perfectly marinaded ground chicken, cheese, onion and garlic stuffed into a dumpling dough fried on pepper oil. Served with white wine sauté onions and caramelized mushrooms with a hint of bacon. Truly spectacular taste! MAIN DISH: **Chef Special Ala Carte Restaurant** - One of the best chicken dishes there ever was, Cognac chicken. Chicken breast bits fried to perfection, served in cognac sauce made of French top shelf cognac, fresh herbs, garlic and hint of honey. (You will not regret trying this!) Served with a side of fried potatoes with parsley, garlic, pepper & splash of white wine. DESSERT: **Waldorf Fruit Pudding** - Layer of sweet, blended strawberries, with a layer of Waldorf pudding creme with a brown sugar torched glaze and sugar torched strawberries.
