In this class we will Explore some items from the A'la carte Restaurant from the upper decks of Titanic exclusively reserved for the First-Class passengers only. Walk into a Theme decorated room to resemble fine dining along with music from 1912. Want to dress up? Go for it. This is a fun back in time night! BYOB allowed. Suggestion: Champagne WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: ''French Deluxe'' - White wine marinaded cream cheese block covered with panko crumbs fried to perfection on both sides. Topped off with mozzarella cheese, basil, peppers and tomato. Served with a garlic butter bread. This is a very classy & delicious appetizer that was quite popular in 1912's era. Main Dish: ''Potatoes Lyonnaise & Imperial Chicken'' - Marinaded chicken breast in a Parisian Wine. Fried on a garlic oil with fresh herbs and an exclusive sauce de crown (light spice) served with Potatoes Lyonnaise- a luxury version of lightly fried potatoes with garlic, truffle and onion. Oh- la la ! Served with a side of Carrot cucumber lux salad. Dessert: ''Le Exotic'' - Fresh strawberry mash, lemon pudding and crumble on top. This is a sweet and sour treat! It is truly spectacular.
