Come and enjoy the taste of SUMMER! WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: APPETIZER: HITI - Medium spice Polynesian soup. Tomatoes, basil, Polynesian sauce and fresh herbs. This soup is truly spectacular. Served with side of warm pepper rum bread. MAIN: TIHA - Tahitian tacos served with choice of sweet and spicy Shrimp, Cod or Chicken. With Polynesian blend and secret sauce. One spicy and one sweet!! These tacos will definitely leave a mark. DESSERT: ATOL - Coconut and blackberry creme layered on top of cake base with bananas.
