Service Description
Welcome to Taverna! This class is inspired by SAXONY. Indulge in the excellent flavors of the world. Dim lit experience, private stations and dining tables. Class is set up to fit in the theme. WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: **ANGLO-SAXON** - Garlic wine fried bread, topped off with chicken bits (or shrimp) mixed with vegetables in a honey spice glaze. Topped off with sour cream, herbs and bacon. Main Dish: **SAXONIA** - Garlic - buttermilk - bacon potatoes with herbs, red cabbage apple salad, secret dipping sauce and for the main event Chicken Snitzel marinaded in white wine and herbs. YUM! Dessert: **CROWN** - Sweet vanilla yogurt, chocolate truffle pudding served with fresh chocolate sauce and imported chocolate bits.
