WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: **Barszcz Czerwony - Red Borscht** - A traditional polish dish. Red beets, cream, egg, natural herbs and a side of Mushroom, onion & garlic bread. Don't flag this dish because of beets! Trust me this is delicious. Main: **Kotlet Schabowy Dinner** think of a schnitzel - Pork chop or chicken breast in a egg batter with natural herbs served with ''Mizeria - Cucumber salad'' along with baby potatoes tossed in butter and herbs. This dish is loaded with fresh aromas and natural flavors. Dessert: **Krowka** - Vanilla and caramel pudding over crumbled cookie garnished with chocolate and peanuts. Yummy!
