WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: **Grand Cakes** - Choice of shrimp, chicken or turkey herb infused cakes served over red cabbage topped off with secret sauce with 24k glaze. Main: **The Gladiator** - Choice of Shrimp or Chicken in a brown spicy luxury sauce with fresh garden herbs, vegetables & peanuts. Served with yellow squash rice over white wine with garlic butter and herbs. Truly spectacular. Dessert: **Emperor** - French vanilla poppy seed pudding with strawberry & raspberry mash with fresh oats & kiwi served with 24k glaze.
