Served with a champagne butter garlic bread and a good doze of cheese. Main Dish: THE RITZ - Side of creamy potatoes with herbs and garlic. Choice of breaded CHICKEN BREAST or COD marinaded in garlic aioli oil topped off with mushroom creme glaze. Served with salad on the side. Truly delicious. DESSERT: FRENCH PARFAIT - Brown bourbon sugar caramel, fresh strawberries and banana. Served with layer of white chocolate creme.
