WHAT WILL YOU MAKE: Appetizer: CAPRI - Sundried tomato chicken stock, spinach, herbs and garlic. Featuring cheese tortellini and mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of garlic bread. Truly Yummy! Main Dish: PIEDMONTE - choice of Chicken or Shrimp in a creamy mushroom garlic sauce (can be done without mushrooms) with a choice of Chicken or Shrimp. This dish features champagne (nonalcoholic) infused pasta. Dessert: OASIS - Torched caramelized apples with prosecco creme served with gram crackers and pecans + more caramel!
