Served with ginger & garlic butter bread. This is truly YUM!! Main Dish: BOOM BOOM CHICKEN - juicy chicken breast is lightly fried until crispy, then coated in a creamy, tangy, sweet and spicy boom boom sauce – irresistible, right? I bet you can’t have just one! This dish is served with the most amazing, sweet Potatoe mash (trust me if you are not a fan of sweet potatoes this will change it for you). Dessert: APPLE CARMEL - Delicious caramel fudge, with torched apples and vodka coconut creme (non alcoholic) served with delicious brownie on top
